Handling 42 teenagers gathering to drive motorbikes in Vinh city
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of August 23, the Traffic Police - Order Team, Vinh City Police, patrolled and discovered many groups of young people violating traffic laws on the roads.
Through patrolling and controlling the entire city, including main roads such as Truong Thi, Ho Tung Mau, Tran Phu... the team discovered and handled 42 cases of young people driving motorbikes without helmets, most of the vehicles had no license plates, no rearview mirrors, drove side by side, and weaved on the road; temporarily detained 20 motorbikes of various types.
According to the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police, groups of young people, teenagers, and students driving motorbikes without helmets, vehicles without license plates... in a row, weaving in and out of traffic recently, have affected the security and order situation in the area, making people feel insecure. Therefore, the Team will increase its force to patrol and control, with the aim of detecting and handling in a timely manner, to ensure the security and order situation of traffic safety, especially at the beginning of the new school year.
