(Baonghean.vn) - Recently, the authorities inspected and discovered two establishments selling cakes and candies for the Mid-Autumn Festival in Vinh City with unknown origins. The above items were destroyed.
Specifically, on September 14, Market Management Team No. 3 coordinated with the Economic Police Department - Nghe An Provincial Police to conduct an inspection at a business household named LTN, located on Ly Tu Trong Street, Vinh City. The results discovered 415 boxes of fruit mooncakes and roasted chestnut cakes of unknown origin. Market Management Team No. 3 imposed an administrative fine of VND10 million on the business household and forced the destruction of all infringing goods.
Also on September 14, authorities inspected a business named MT, located on De Tham Street, Vinh City, and discovered that the store was selling 960 cakes of unknown origin.
Market Management Team No. 3 has administratively fined the Store over 25 million VND and requested the destruction of all violating goods. The total administrative fine for both establishments is over 35 million VND.
