On July 31, Cang Long District Police (Tra Vinh Province) issued a decision to fine LTHD (born in 1991, residing in My Cam Commune) for providing and sharing fake information.untrue, distort, slander, insult the reputation of agencies, organizations, honor and dignity of individuals.
