Nearly 48 million VND fined for 9 cases of non-compliance with home quarantine regulations
(Baonghean.vn) - The People's Committee of Quynh Luu district has issued a decision to administratively fine 9 cases of violating home quarantine regulations and escaping from lockdown checkpoints with a total fine of 47.5 million VND.
This week, the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district issued a decision to fine 6 cases for avoiding medical isolation at home, including: Ho Thi Thu H., Duc Xuan village, Tien Thuy commune; Phan Thanh V., Quynh Thach commune; Bui Duy T., Tan Son commune; Nguyen Thi Tr., Nguyen Thi Th., Truong Cong A., all in Tan Thang commune; 3 cases: Ho Van H., Ho Van Y., Ho Van B., all in Quynh Minh commune were fined for the act.escape, traveling from an epidemic area to a non-epidemic area without epidemic prevention measures and without permission from a competent authority.

These cases were fined 5 million VND/person according to the provisions of Decree 117/ND-CP dated September 28, 2020 of the Government. In particular, Bui Duy T., Tan Son commune was fined 7.5 million VND.
Previously, the local authorities had decided to quarantine the above cases at home. However, when the authorities came to check, these cases were not at home and some had left the area during the quarantine period.
