(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 7, Nghe An Provincial Police and the Inspectorate of the Department of Information and Communications summoned Mr. Pham Van Hoan (born in 1994), in Hamlet 6, Nghia An Commune (Nghia Dan) for spreading false information on social networks.

Previously, on December 4, 2019, Mr. Hoan posted a photo with information on his personal Facebook with the content: A black-faced beggar appeared in Nghia An commune, Nghia Dan district.

In just a short time, this information has had thousands of likes, comments and shares. This is an act of spreading false information that causes public confusion.

Working with the authorities, Pham Van Hoan admitted that the information posted online was completely false. Although the accuracy of the information has not been determined, because he was eager to let many people know to prevent it, he took the image of the black-faced beggar from social media and posted it with the content on his Facebook page.
