Regarding this incident, Mr. Le Truong Son - Deputy Head of the Department of Education and Training of Vinh City affirmed: Currently, in Vinh City, no student has been kidnapped. Therefore, before the conclusion of the competent authorities, the department has requested schools to inform parents so that they can clearly understand the situation. In addition, schools are required to strengthen propaganda, dissemination and legal education for teachers and students; equip students with skills to guard against strangers and protect themselves when in danger.

Thereby, in order to be vigilant, promptly detect, combat and prevent acts of luring cadres, teachers, employees and students through social networking sites and directly by sophisticated tricks. Typically: Impersonating law enforcement agencies, press, doctors, relatives, school boards, homeroom teachers to call and text to inform students of accidents... to extort money

At the same time, we ask parents not to inform or share false rumors about child kidnapping to many people without being verified by the authorities. At the same time, we should coordinate well with the school in protecting our children and educating them on life skills.

The Department also reminded school officials, teachers, and staff not to post or share unverified information on social networking sites. Any officials, teachers, or staff who violate the law will be dealt with according to the law.

It is known that the incident over the past few days is still being investigated and monitored by the City Police./.
