1,700 employees of EM-Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd. have returned to work.

According to records, at EM-tech Vietnam Co., Ltd., more than 1,700 workers have returned to the factory. Before going to work, Ms. NV (company worker) shared: "Because the epidemic situation is complicated, after the gathering yesterday afternoon, my colleagues and I were very worried about the risk of infection, so we carefully did a rapid test at home."

According to the announcement yesterday afternoon, this company will support 50,000 VND/person to buy testing equipment. All workers have returned to work, there is no crowd in the yard.

As reported, yesterday afternoon, workers of EM-Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd. collectively stopped working torecommend some issuesrelated to the regime. Under the chairmanship of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the company's leaders had a dialogue and responded to the representatives of the workers. Accordingly, many of the recommendations were due to the fact that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union had not yet played its role well in grasping the thoughts and aspirations of the workers, propagating and disseminating new policies, leading to misunderstandings.
