The leader of Vinh Tax Department said: Every month, the Department issues notices of land use debt and late payment fees and sends them to businesses in accordance with regulations; Coordinates with the People's Committees of wards and communes where the company's headquarters are located, Vinh City Radio and Television Station, Nghe An Newspaper, and reports on businesses' tax debts to the mass media in accordance with regulations.

The Department has advised the Vinh City People's Committee to establish an interdisciplinary inspection team to directly inspect, urge, and require businesses to sign a commitment to pay land use fees in accordance with the tax authority's notice, but up to now, businesses have not yet paid the outstanding debt to the State budget.
