In 2 months, more than 600 fishing boats in Quynh Luu were inspected.
(Baonghean.vn) - From the end of April to the beginning of June 2018, Nghe An Fisheries Department organized the registration and inspection of 614/730 boats in Quynh Luu district.

According to data from Nghe An Fisheries Department, for more than 1 month (from late April to early June 2018), the Department established 3 teams to go to coastal communes of Quynh Luu district to coordinate with local authorities and Border Guard Stations to register and inspect fishing boats for fishermen.
In localities, the Fisheries Sub-Department has disseminated and mobilized fishermen to create favorable conditions for the teams to carry out registration and inspection. As a result, after more than 1 month, the teams have registered and inspected 614/730 vessels in the communes of Tien Thuy, Quynh Long, Quynh Thuan, Quynh Ngoc, Quynh Tho, Son Hai and An Hoa of Quynh Luu district.

To ensure the safety of fishing boats for fishermen at sea, in the coming time, Nghe An Fisheries Sub-Department will continue to coordinate with local authorities and Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station to propagate and mobilize fishermen to anchor their boats, creating conditions for competent agencies to register and inspect the quality of 100% of boats./.
