3 people injured in traffic accident on N5 road

At about 1:00 p.m. on September 6, at the intersection between N5 and Khuon Dai Son streets in Hien Son commune (Do Luong), a serious accident occurred.

At that time, Mr. Ho Huong (residing in hamlet 13, Thuong Son commune, Do Luong district) was driving motorbike 37Z-6350 on the way back from a funeral, when passing the above location, he collided with a dump truck with license plate 37R-01521 carrying cement materials.

As a result, Mr. Huong died on the spot, the front of the motorbike was crushed. At the scene, the basket containing sticky rice and meat was thrown out in the middle of the road.

Previously, at about 6:45 a.m. on September 6, at the intersection of the road to Hoa Thien hamlet, Hien Son commune, intersecting with road N5, Ms. Huong (teacher of Hien Son Kindergarten) was riding a motorbike to go to school when she collided with a motorbike driven by a woman.

As a result, the woman was seriously injured and was taken to the 115 Hospital in Vinh City for emergency treatment. However, due to the severity of her injuries, the victim was transferred to Hanoi. Ms. Huong was fortunate to only suffer minor injuries.

The causes of the two accidents are being investigated by the police.
