Faced with the complicated developments of the epidemic in Cham Puong village, the Covid-19 Prevention and Control Steering Committee of the province and Tuong Duong district have taken urgent and drastic measures.
To date, along with 21 Covid-19 cases, the authorities have investigated 131 F1 and 152 F2; tested 705 people in Cham Puong village; Luong Minh commune implemented social isolation according to Directive No. 16, and Tuong Duong district implemented social distancing according to Directive No. 15.
Cham Puong is a village far from the center of Luong Minh commune, making travel extremely difficult. The economic life of 190 Khmu households in Cham Puong village is very low, with over 75% of households being poor. In addition, there are also backward customs, so the awareness of local people about disease prevention and control is still limited.
