The General Statistics Office, Ministry of Finance has just announced that the Industrial Production Index (IIP) of Nghe An in the first 7 months of 2025 increased by 15.8% over the same period last year, ranking 6th out of 34 provinces and cities nationwide.

In the first 7 months of 2025, the consumer price index in Nghe An increased by 1.94%.

In July 2025, the price of construction materials increased, the outbreak of African swine fever... were the main reasons for the consumer price index (CPI) to increase by 0.1% compared to the previous month, and by 1.73% over the same period last year.
In the first 7 months of 2025, Nghe An had a trade surplus of more than 350 million USD.

According to information from the People's Committee of Nghe An province, in July 2025, the province's export turnover is estimated to reach 350 million USD. In the first 7 months of the year, the export turnover reached more than 2.33 billion USD, an increase of 32.69% over the same period in 2024.
