Arrested case of transporting 2,300 poultry of unknown origin from Hanoi to Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - 2,300 poultry hired by a woman to drive a passenger bus from Hanoi to Yen Thanh district (Nghe An) were discovered and seized by authorities.

At 11 p.m. on April 10, while patrolling National Highway 1A, through Dien Hong Commune (Dien Chau), Dien Chau Traffic Police Station caught a case of transporting 24 cardboard boxes and 10 plastic boxes containing 2,300 poultry of unknown origin.
This amount of poultry was transported by Mr. Bui Van Thuyen in hamlet 7, Van Son commune, Do Luong district, on a passenger bus with license plate number: 37B - 014.98. The driver confessed that he was hired to transport the above poultry for a woman from Hanoi to Yen Thanh.
Currently, all poultry have been handed over to Dien Chau Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Station for handling according to legal regulations.
