(Baonghean.vn) - The subject was carrying 4 heroin cakes on his way from Que Phong (Nghe An) to Hanoi to sell for profit when he was discovered and arrested.
At around 3:00 a.m. on July 17, on National Highway 48 in Dong Phau village, Chau Binh commune, Quy Chau district, Quy Chau district police caught Lo Van Pham (born in 1989), residing in Pha Pat village, Cam Muon commune, Que Phong district, red-handed while he was illegally transporting drugs; seized 4 heroin cakes.

At the investigation agency, Lo Van Pham admitted his crime. Accordingly, he confessed to hiring a taxi to transport the above drugs from Que Phong district to Hanoi city for consumption.
