With 40 years of establishment and development, the Provincial Journalists Association has continuously developed in scale, quantity and quality, affirming the role and position of a political - social - professional organization of journalists in social life and has contributed much to the development of revolutionary journalism and the development of the province in recent times.

For more than 60 years, since Nhan Dan Newspaper was one of the central press agencies sending resident reporters to Zone 4 (mainly Nghe An), the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Nghe An has performed well its role in providing timely information and propaganda on important and comprehensive contents for all fields of Nghe An province.

The Provincial Journalists Association and the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Nghe An are units actively participating in social security activities in the province. On behalf of the provincial leaders, the Provincial Party Secretary warmly acknowledged and commended the contributions of the Provincial Journalists Association and the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Nghe An in the past time.

Sharing important issues of the country, especially the revolution of reorganizing and streamlining the organizational apparatus that is taking place comprehensively and extensively, the Provincial Party Secretary said that from here, there is a requirement for innovation from the Central to local levels, including press agencies to meet the assigned tasks.

Because currently, the need for innovation is happening very quickly and strongly, press agencies need to quickly change their status to adapt, together with local Party committees and authorities to create space and conditions for development for the country and the province.

Emphasizing that Nghe An is a province with many difficulties and modest development results, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung said that the goal of becoming a fairly developed province in the country still has many challenges and difficulties. Therefore, it requires the efforts and struggles of the entire political system, including the support of press agencies, members of the Provincial Journalists Association, and the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Nghe An.

Sharing his thoughts on journalism, the head of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that, as the Provincial Journalists Association, the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Nghe An will continue to share so that journalists do not abuse their profession to influence the work of localities, agencies, organizations, and units; must promote "press power" to create momentum for local development, support all levels and sectors to achieve development goals.

In the coming time, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung hopes that the Provincial Journalists Association and the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Nghe An will promote the achievements and results, and accompany the province to realize the set goals; especially in propagating and orienting the province's development policies, guidelines and strategies in the coming period.
