Prime Minister appoints deputy ministers of 5 ministries and branches

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh today signed decisions to receive, transfer, and appoint leaders of ministries and agencies, including five deputy ministers of the following ministries and sectors: Science and Technology, Health, Justice, Education and Training, and Government Inspectorate.

Awarding the decision to appoint 2 Deputy Ministers of Science and Technology

The Prime Minister signed the Decisions to transfer and appoint Deputy Ministers of Information and Communications Pham Duc Long and Bui Hoang Phuong to hold the position of Deputy Ministers of Science and Technology.
Prime Minister appoints Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 303/QD-TTg dated April 12, 2024 appointing Mr. Pham Thanh Binh - Director of the Northeast Asia Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
