(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament (1969-2019), the 72nd anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27), Minister of Finance Dinh Tien Dung and the working delegation visited and offered flowers and incense at Kim Lien Special National Relic Site (Nam Dan) and Truong Bon National Historical Relic Site, My Son Commune (Do Luong).

At the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, Minister of Finance Dinh Tien Dung and the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate and express their infinite gratitude and deep respect for President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of our Party and People, national liberation hero, and outstanding cultural figure.

Over the past 50 years, implementing His sacred testament, the collective leadership of the Ministry of Finance and all cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Finance sector have always been united, unified, overcome difficulties, and strived to excellently fulfill the political tasks assigned by the Party, State, Government, and people, contributing to building and protecting the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Next, Minister Dinh Tien Dung and the delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate heroes and martyrs at Truong Bon National Historical Site, My Son Commune, Do Luong District.

In front of the common grave of 13 martyrs of the Steel Squad, Company 317-N65 - Nghe An Youth Volunteers, who died while on duty in the early morning of October 31, 1968, the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense to pay their respects and express their deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs.

Next, also here, comrade Dinh Tien Dung and the delegation offered flowers and incense at the Martyrs' Temple. During the resistance war against the US to save the country, 1,240 officers and soldiers heroically sacrificed their lives at the "fire coordinate" Truong Bon.
