According to information reported on October 21, in Dien Chau district, every day there are dozens of Howo (Tiger) trucks from other provinces showing signs of carryingoverloadSpecifically, a series of vehicles with license plates 23, including vehicles with license plates 23C-043.14; 23C-053.61; 23H-007.73... took soil from the Dien Doai quarry, then drove to National Highway 48, and then continued to move down National Highway 1A for dozens of kilometers to dump soil for construction projects.

Specifically, for the vehicle with license plate 23C- 043.14, the allowable weight is 7,300 kg, compared to the actual weight at the time of inspection of 6,640 kg (Take total weight - vehicle weight - 2 people (130 kg) = weight of cargo); for the vehicle with license plate 23C- 053.61, the allowable weight is 7,300 kg, compared to the actual weight of 5,890 kg; for the vehicle with license plate 23H- 007.73, the allowable weight is 7,300 kg, compared to the actual weight of 6,820 kg.
