Details of 11 areas frequently flooded in Vinh City
(Baonghean.vn) - Recently, Vinh City has often experienced flooding whenever there is heavy rain. The Vinh City People's Committee has compiled a list of flooded areas and proposed a number of solutions to overcome this situation.
According to a survey by Vinh City People's Committee, in recent times, there are 11 areas in the area that are often flooded during heavy rains:
1. Nai bridge area, ditch number 2
2. Nguyen Van Cu Street
3. Truong Thi Street
4. Nguyen Son Street
5. North of Nguyen Thai Hoc Street
6. Soviet - Nghe Tinh Street
7. Hamlet 13a, 13b, 14, 15, Nghi Kim commune
8. Hamlet 1, 2, 3, Nghi Kim commune
9. 10. 11. Dang Thai Than Street, Vinh Market, Hung Dung Market: Included in the key local flood prevention project, currently has Document No. 5638/TTr-UBND dated September 30, 2020 submitted to the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Construction for appraisal and submission to the Provincial People's Committee for approval.
