Photocopy shop owner forged health certificate
(Baonghean.vn) - Tran Dinh Hoan in Tan Ky district not only lends money at high interest rates, but also uses a photocopy machine to forge documents to make illegal profits.
On November 30, Tan Ky District People's Court tried the criminal case against Tran Dinh Hoan, born in 1976, residing in Block 5, Tan Ky Town, Tan Ky District, for the act of "Loan sharkingin civil transactions" and "Forgery of documents of agencies and organizations".
According to the indictment, from March to July 2020, Tran Dinh Hoan had three times of usury. The first time, Hoan lent Mr. Tran Tan Long, residing in Nghia Hanh commune, 50 million VND with 1 million VND and an interest rate of 3,000 VND per day. Within the next 3 months, Mr. Long paid the interest to Hoan in the amount of 13.5 million VND and 1.5 million VND respectively, illegally earning more than 12 million VND. After that, Hoan continued to lend Mr. Long 2 times with the amount of 150 million VND, illegally earning more than 35 million VND.

In addition to loan sharking, Tran Dinh Hoan alsofakeHospital health certificate, sold for 180 thousand dong/copy.
The jury sentenced Tran Dinh Hoan to 11 months in prison for both of the above acts.
