(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 21, during the working program in Do Luong district, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the working delegation inspected projects in the district.
Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the delegation visited the project of building the Headquarters of Bac A Joint Stock Commercial Bank, offices for lease, and a complex of general service supermarkets along Khuon River in Hoa Son commune.
The project is currently planned on an area of 4.1 hectares and is in the process of obtaining a construction permit and traffic connection to National Highway 7A. The investor is also proposing to expand the planning by 7 hectares along National Highway 7C. This will include some additional items such as urban areas and townhouses.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also visited the Giang Son Hot Spring Tourism Complex in Giang Son Dong and Giang Son Tay communes. Giang Son Hot Spring Lake has a volume of 2,050,000 m3Located about 2 km from National Highway 15A, 4 km from milestone 0 on the Ho Chi Minh trail in Tan Ky town and 15 km from Do Luong town.
This is an ideal place for sightseeing and relaxation combined with eco-tourism. This place has long been known as an area with a large reserve of hot mineral water. In winter, looking from above, Giang Son stream looks like a basin-shaped valley, hot steam rising to form a mist. The surrounding ecosystem is diverse, but has not been invested in or exploited.
To attract investment, exploit this special hot mineral water resource, and at the same time build functional areas for tourism, resorts, and other commercial services, Do Luong district has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee to establish a general construction plan.
To speed up the planning process and attract investment soon, the People's Committee of Do Luong district proposed that the Provincial People's Committee simultaneously establish the planning of two construction sub-zones with the general planning of the construction of the Do Luong district complex tourism, entertainment and resort area.
Next, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung visited the new central planning area of the district in the communes of Da Son, Van Son, Lac Son, Yen Son and Do Luong town, planned for a population of about 14,000 people.

At Lac Son Industrial Cluster, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also visited Kido Vinh Company Limited. Kido Vinh Garment Factory was invested with a total capital of 11.6 million USD, specializing in the production of textile products, swimwear, leather products, and clothing accessories.
The factory officially started operating in June 2012, currently providing jobs for 3,800 workers with an average salary of 6 million VND/month. The average annual output is 1.2 million products/year; Revenue in 2022 is 556 billion VND, expected to reach 610 billion VND in 2023, contributing 14.3 billion VND to the budget.
After listening to the company's leaders' report, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung expressed his excitement at the results of Kido Vinh's production and business activities over the past 10 years. Despite difficulties, the company has maintained its export output and increased its revenue. The company has created many jobs for local workers and established a Party organization in a foreign-invested enterprise.
Sharing with textile enterprises during this difficult period, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung said that the province will work with the district to study and support the company in connecting workers, helping the company operate stably.
On the other hand, departments, branches and local authorities need to continue to accompany and support investors in the process of project implementation.
