Directly observing the main streets at noon on December 27, we noticed that at the city's key traffic intersections such as Vinh station intersection, from Mai Hac De street to Le Loi street, the Customs roundabout intersection between Truong Thi and Le Nin streets, Le Hong Phong, Nguyen Si Sach intersection with Le Nin street, Ha Huy Tap intersection with Nguyen Si Sach street, Phan Dang Luu intersection with Truong Thi and Ho Tung Mau streets, Quan Bau National Highway 1 intersection with Vinh-Cua Lo 72m road... there were groups of 5-7 soldiers directing traffic from all directions to the roundabout, so traffic was still guaranteed, and congestion had decreased compared to the current traffic volume.

In addition to 100 officers and soldiers on the team's payroll, the city also mobilized other supporting forces such as traffic inspectors, administrative order police, police and militia of wards and communes...

Currently, due to the deterioration of some traffic light clusters in the area, there are frequent problems and signal loss; each time this happens, the Team is quite passive in coordinating and assigning forces on duty to regulate traffic. Therefore, we hope that the city will have an investment plan to repair it soon; at the same time, we hope that people will be aware when participating in traffic and that wards and communes will increase inspection and handling of violations of order and encroachment on roads, curbs, and sidewalks so that vehicles can move smoothly.
