At the ceremony, the Standing Committee of Do Luong District Party Committee announced Decision No. 39 - QD/TU of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee dated November 26, 2020 on the transfer and appointment of comrade Tran Van Hien - Head of the General Department, Provincial Party Committee Office to participate.Party Committee of Do Luong district, term 2020 - 2025.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Ho Le Ngoc - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee requested comrade Tran Van Hien to promote the achievements he has made, coordinate closely, and quickly approach the work to perform well the assigned roles, responsibilities, and tasks. At the same time, he hoped that the leaders of Do Luong district would create all favorable conditions to help comrade Tran Van Hien complete the assigned tasks, contributing to the socio-economic development in the area.
