Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; representatives of leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors and Yen Thanh district.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 630-QD/TU dated September 14, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee approving Comrade Tran Thi Binh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of Yen Thanh District Party Committee to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of Yen Thanh District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

Presenting the Decision and congratulating comrade Tran Thi Binh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong assessed that comrade Tran Thi Binh was a cadre who had held many different positions in the field of Party building before taking on the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Yen Thanh District Party Committee. This was both an honor and a great responsibility for comrade Tran Thi Binh.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that in her new position, with an aggressive spirit and a desire to learn, Comrade Tran Thi Binh will continue to promote her talent, intelligence, moral qualities, working capacity, cultivate leadership skills and management capacity; build a united bloc, lead the Party Committee, government and people of Yen Thanh district to achieve success in all fields.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also noted that in order for comrade Tran Thi Binh to successfully fulfill her assigned duties and tasks, she needs timely and sincere support and sharing from the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Executive Committee of the Yen Thanh District Party Committee; solidarity and unity to quickly and successfully implement the goals and tasks set forth by the 27th Yen Thanh District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Tran Thi Binh expressed her deep gratitude for the attention and trust of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Committee, government and people of the district.
