Sharing about this idea, the Chairman of the Nghi Loc District Labor Federation said: “Instead of using union resources, we proactively asked for the participation of local businesses to increase the scale and spread. Initially, when we learned that the beneficiaries of the booth included workers from other companies, businesses were very hesitant. However, after we convinced them about rotating the organization of this event between units, businesses became more open. Workers participating in the event were also very excited because they were proactive in choosing the right items according to their needs and buying with many incentives.”

Along with the newness and creativity in the program "Thank you to workers" at Hitex Limited Liability Company, the Town Labor Federation coordinated with Thai Hoa Town Youth Union to organize a series of activities for union members and workers that were extremely exciting and meaningful.

Here, technicians of Honda Truong Thang Trading and Service Company Limited trained workers on traffic safety knowledge, safe driving skills and free motorcycle oil changes.
