Provincial Civil Servants' Union gives 33 million VND to union members in difficult circumstances in Vinh City

Ho Thanh Luong's family is in a very difficult situation, his child is still young and is currently being treated at Hanoi Hospital. Faced with that situation,Nghe An Provincial Civil Servants' Unionvisited, encouraged and gave 33 million VND to help the family overcome difficulties to care for and treat the child.
