Despite having many criminal records, Le Van Anh did not take that as a lesson to improve his business but continued to "go back to the old ways". After being released from prison, Anh often went online to learn about cultural, sports, and festival events that attracted large crowds across the country, then went to the venue to take advantage of loopholes to commit crimes.
Accordingly, during the process of the People's Committee of Thai Hoa town organizing cultural programs to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the establishment of Thai Hoa town, Le Van Anh took advantage of the negligence of the people and tourists to commit property theft. During the process of committing the crime, Le Van Anh was quickly arrested by the Thai Hoa town police and the masses.
