Voter Vi Van Quy - Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Quy Hop district, stated that in reality, all policies and strategies are focused on implementation at the district and grassroots levels; on the other hand, all difficulties and concerns also arise from the grassroots level. However, the current number of employees, especially at the district level, such as the Fatherland Front and the Farmers' Association of the district, is only 5 people, affecting the quality of operations.

Therefore, it is recommended that the Central Government study and adjust the apparatus in the political system in the direction of increasing the number of people working at the district level and reducing at the provincial level.

Some opinions recommend that the authorities pay attention to investing in the construction of the traffic route from National Highway 48 to Bai Ke hamlet, which has been invested in since 2015 but has not been completed, causing difficulties for people to travel; investing in the traffic route from Tan Thang hamlet to Ban Mat (4 km) on a dirt road with difficult travel has been proposed to the superiors many times but has not been resolved.

The electricity project in Bai Ke hamlet has not been handed over to the Electricity Department for management, so upgrading and repairing to ensure operation and use for people has not met the requirements because the electricity is too weak.

Some opinions also recommended mechanisms and policies for meritorious people, frontline workers, and those joining the army; effectively implementing national target programs...
