Quynh Luu voters propose to remove obstacles in granting land use right certificates
(Baonghean.vn) - At the meeting with voters of the 15th National Assembly deputies in Tan Thang commune, Quynh Luu district, many voters reported problems related to the issuance of land use right certificates.
On the afternoon of September 25, the XV National Assembly deputies, including Mr. Pham Phu Binh - Standing Member of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee; Thai Thi An Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union, had a meeting with voters, combined with a thematic meeting before the 6th session in Tan Thang commune, Quynh Luu district.
On the local side, there were representatives of the Party Committee, government, representatives of relevant departments, branches, units and voters of Tan Thang commune, Quynh Luu district attending the conference.

On behalf of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province, delegate Thai Thi An Chung reported on the program and expected content of the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
Ms. Thai Thi An Chung also reported on the synthesis of voters' opinions sent to the provincial and central levels. There were 10 opinions sent by voters of Quynh Luu district to the provincial level and central ministries and branches, of which 9 opinions have been answered by the competent agencies; 1 opinion is waiting to be processed and answered.
Some of the contents that voters of Quynh Luu district proposed include: Policies for people with revolutionary contributions; Compensation for site clearance on National Highway 1A; The issue of domestic water in Quynh Ba commune still has many shortcomings; Some concerns related to support for damage caused by natural disasters and floods in 2022; the situation of enterprises owing and evading social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, etc.

In addition, voters of Tan Thang commune had 13 opinions, reflecting concerns and recommendations sent to National Assembly Deputies.
Voter Luong Thi Phan - Secretary and Head of Bac Thang Village, reported the deterioration of the road from Bac Thang Village to Provincial Road 538. Regarding the road, voters of Tan Thang Commune also requested that authorities at all levels support the expansion, upgrading and installation of signs on some inter-village roads from Hamlet 1/5 to other villages.
In addition, voters reported that compensation and support work related to the construction of Vuc Mau Lake, especially for households who have been relocated and resettled, has not been completed, affecting people's lives... The village chief of village 1/5 and households of the Youth Volunteer Team for Economic Development also reported that dozens of households have not been granted land use right certificates, and that procedures are still complicated, thereby requesting that authorities at all levels support and guide people to ensure their rights.
Voters of Tan Thang commune also raised a number of other issues related to people's lives such as: Support for planting sugarcane and pineapple on agricultural land; unsafe construction of power lines; environmental pollution from factories and quarries...
After voters presented their opinions, leaders of Tan Thang Commune People's Committee and Quynh Luu District People's Committee responded and explained the contents of voters' reflections within their authority.

Delegate Pham Phu Binh, on behalf of the National Assembly delegation, synthesized and received the contents reflected by voters of Tan Thang commune to forward to competent authorities for consideration and handling.
On this occasion, the National Assembly delegation presented gifts to 15 disadvantaged students in Quynh Luu district, encouraging them to continue to overcome their circumstances, be good students, and strive to study well. Each gift is worth 1 million VND.
