Voters in the 3 localities expressed their excitement at the results that the province and district have achieved in various fields in 2022. At the same time, voters expressed their thoughts, aspirations and proposed a number of issues related to life, economy and society such as: Voters of Tan Thang commune requested that superiors should soon plan a resettlement area for people in the land acquisition area of ​​the Khe Lai 2 dam project, creating conditions for people to live and develop production in peace; the system of electric poles and many power lines has been degraded, posing a potential risk of insecurity; Provincial Road 538 at the intersection with National Highway 48D leading to Tan Thang Cement Factory has been seriously degraded for the past 4 years, greatly affecting people's participation in traffic and daily life, especially many tragic accidents have occurred at this point.

Many voters also suggested that the Provincial People's Committee should have a policy to develop the pineapple intercropping model; support people in winter crop production, limit land abandonment; have mechanisms and create favorable conditions to attract investors to the province, in order to create stable jobs for people in the localities.

Voters of Quynh Tan commune raised the current situation related to the 364 boundary between Quynh Tan and Quynh Trang, Hoang Mai town has not been demarcated, so the locality has encountered many difficulties in handling violations of illegal construction of houses and other works on unallocated land and contracted land; the issuance of Land Use Right Certificates related to the 364 boundary also has many shortcomings; the issuance and exchange of land titles for the people is still slow; compensation for land acquisition and clearance for production land serving the construction of high-voltage power lines is needed; it is necessary to issue Land Use Right Certificates to 19 households relocated to resettlement areas due to the impact of the North-South Expressway Project.

After listening to the opinions of voters, the delegates of the Provincial and District People's Councils and the leaders of specialized departments and district-level agencies received and explained the opinions and issues within their authority. For proposals not within their authority, the delegates promised to fully summarize and send them to relevant departments, branches, agencies and units for consideration and resolution in the fastest time.
