Voter Ha Ba Xu mentioned issues related to the Law on Militia and Self-Defense Forces, saying that the allowance for the Deputy Commander of the Commune Military Command is still low, and that the operating budget of the commune military is facing many difficulties and is not enough to cover expenses, while the program of activities and work is very large.
Regarding Resolution 6 of the Central Committee on streamlining the apparatus, voter Ha Ba Xu raised concerns about how commune-level cadres will be arranged to work and what kind of work will they undertake when they are merged.
Meanwhile, voter Vu Ba Tua reflected that for people in mountainous areas, life mainly depends on forests. In Tay Son - the commune with the largest protected forest area in the district, many households voluntarily plant forests. However, currently, the payment for forest environmental services for people in mountainous areas is still low, only 2 million VND/household. To encourage people to raise the spirit of protecting forests and protecting their livelihoods, voters suggested that the Party and State pay attention to this urgent issue.
