At the meeting, voters frankly made recommendations on issues of concern. Voter Luong Thi Phuong suggested adjusting the criteria for reviewing poor and near-poor households appropriately; after the African swine fever epidemic, local farmers have faced many difficulties, while pork prices are currently high, suggesting that the Government should direct to stabilize pork prices, not as high as they are now. Regarding the issue of paying allowances, voter Chuong Tam Thanh suggested paying allowances to village cadres as before so that village cadres can confidently undertake their tasks.

Many local people's problems have also been raised. Voter Ha Van Hop said that it is necessary to upgrade the road from Bong Khe to Mon Son, one of the tourist routes, but it is currently degraded; Khe Moi spillway connecting Mon Son with Luc Da is deeply submerged in floodwater every year, greatly affecting the travel of local people, especially students and tourists.

According to voter Lo Van Tuat, the road from Tan Hop to Thin village is still difficult and requires a detour, which takes time. Also according to voter Vi Van Mao, Met village has no water to use during the dry season and has to get water from streams, but the water from streams is currently polluted and unsafe.

After listening to voters' opinions, representatives of district leaders and provincial departments and branches explained and answered questions within their authority.

On behalf of the provincial National Assembly Delegation, Major General Nguyen Huu Cau acknowledged the recommendations of voters of Luc Da commune, and answered a number of issues that voters reflected and proposed. Specifically, regarding the issue of voters suggesting that criteria related to the poor and near-poor households are not really fair, he will accept and report to the competent authority for consideration and adjustment.

Regarding the issue of bridges and roads in the area, according to voters' recommendations, Con Cuong district needs to include it in the medium-term public investment project, along with combining the form of state and people working together, anticipating policies, specifically the national target of investing in the development of ethnic minority areas for implementation.

Also at the meeting, delegate Nguyen Huu Cau answered some questions from people in Chau Khe and Chi Khe communes related to Chi Khe hydropower plant. Regarding the opinion of voter Nguyen Thi Lai in Chi Khe commune that the issue she denounced was not resolved by the authorities, delegate Nguyen Huu Cau said, firstly, the issue that voters said no one resolved was unfounded, because in fact, the authorities including the police and inspectors have done so and currently the police investigation agency has issued a decision to initiate a criminal case and prosecute 1 defendant. The voter's civil issue needs to be provided to the authorities for further resolution, and directly to the Economic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police.

Regarding other recommendations from voters of Luc Da commune, he promised to receive and fully convey them to the National Assembly, the Government, central and provincial ministries, branches for resolution in the coming time.

Previously, on behalf of the National Assembly delegation, delegate Le Quang Huy summarized the results of the 9th session of the 14th National Assembly. Accordingly, the National Assembly passed 10 draft laws, 21 resolutions, and many important and breakthrough mechanisms and policies, including the Project on socio-economic development of mountainous and ethnic minority areas.
