National Assembly delegates meet voters of Thai Hoa town
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of April 20, National Assembly deputies: Dang Xuan Phuong - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education; Vi Van Son - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee had a meeting with voters of Tay Hieu commune, Thai Hoa town.

Mobilized nearly 8 billion VND for social security
At the meeting with voters, on behalf of the National Assembly deputies, delegate Dang Xuan Phuong - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education announced the expected content of the 5th session of the 15th National Assembly, scheduled to take place from May 22 to June 23, 2023.
National Assembly Delegate Dang Xuan Phuong also informed voters about the results of activities of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province from the 4th session to present.

Notably, the Delegation organized to collect opinions on 27 draft laws; organized supervision and survey on 4 topics on mobilizing, managing and using resources for Covid-19 prevention and control; implementing policies and laws on grassroots health care and preventive medicine; implementing resolutions of the National Assembly on innovation of general education programs and textbooks; and implementing energy development policies.
The activities of meeting voters, receiving citizens and handling citizens' petitions are seriously carried out by the Provincial National Assembly Delegation in accordance with the provisions of law.
The delegation also promoted social security activities. From 2022 to now, the delegates have directly supported, called on, and mobilized businesses and philanthropists with a total of nearly 8 billion VND to build solidarity houses, build bridges for people, sponsor orphans, and support people affected by floods...

Check the income and expenditure from the farm
At the conference, in a democratic and frank spirit, voters expressed many thoughts, aspirations, recommendations and proposals to the National Assembly, the Government and relevant levels and sectors regarding socio-economic development policies and practical concerns.
Affirming the correctness of the Party and State's equitization policy, voter Nguyen Van Tu, Phu Thuan hamlet also raised concerns that currently, Tay Hieu Farm (under Nghe An Coffee - Rubber One Member Co., Ltd.) is in the process of equitization, but the implementation has not yet ensured compliance with legal regulations.

Recommend that competent authorities inspect and direct the equitization work to properly implement the Party and State's policies, ensuring the rights of workers and contracted households.
In addition, voters Hoang Thanh Thuc and Hoang Thi Hoai (Phu Tan hamlet) also reflected and requested the authorities to check the collection and disbursement of fees from land transfer and assignment of people from Tay Hieu Farm.
Voters also reflected on the "suspended" project status for nearly 15 years for the traffic project connecting Hieu 2 bridge to N8 road, affecting people's lives, especially the need to divide land plots and build houses.

Regarding the land sector, voter Tran Thi Thien, Bac Ninh hamlet, requested that the competent authorities implement land allocation on the ground for people to buy land through auctions since 2012. Some voters also requested that the competent authorities resolve land records related to administrative boundary 364 in Bac Ninh hamlet, Phu Thanh (Tay Hieu commune).
Many voters are interested in reflecting and proposing to resolve the regime for those who participated in the resistance war in areas with toxic chemicals; the regime for worshiping martyrs; and propose to pay the regime to those with meritorious services at the same time as paying the regime of social insurance, creating convenience for those with meritorious services.
Clarifying some issues
After the voters' petitions and reflections, representatives of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; leaders of Thai Hoa town received and explained issues within their authority.
On behalf of the National Assembly delegates, delegate Vi Van Son - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee acknowledged the voters' reflections and recommendations on very practical issues to forward to all levels and sectors to grasp the shortcomings and difficulties and study and resolve them.

Delegate Vi Van Son also directly explained and clarified a number of voters' reflections related to inadequacies in state management and legal regulations on plant protection; on the collection regime in the transfer and receipt of production land from farms; on the policies for non-professional workers in blocks, hamlets, villages and hamlets.
