In the 2017 - 2023 term, the Nghia Dan District Labor Federation has exceeded 14 targets, achieved 12 targets, and failed to achieve 3 targets. Outstanding activities to care for the interests of union members and workers have been implemented with many innovative, practical and timely methods such as: "Tet Sum Vay" program with more than 2,000 gifts given to workers, supporting the construction and repair of 13 "Union Shelters" for union members, with a total cost of 445 million VND; Disbursement of 300 million VND from the "Employment Loan" Fund for 30 union members to borrow for economic development; "Union member welfare program" with a number of effective agreements such as free motorcycle oil changes, improving the quality of shift meals...

The District Labor Federation also introduced 257 outstanding union members to the Party organization for consideration and admission and 210 people. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee advised the establishment and launch of Party cells in 5 enterprises with 40 party members; The mass women's union in non-state enterprises received attention, with many forms such as: "Your Health" model with nearly 1,000 female workers receiving reproductive health check-ups and free medicine distribution...

At the 2023 - 2028 term congress, the Nghia Dan District Labor Federation set out many goals and solutions, continuing to innovate the content and methods of trade union activities. Pay attention to caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members; actively participate in implementing grassroots democracy regulations, administrative reform, digital transformation, improving capacity, awareness, and ethics for cadres, civil servants, and workers. At the same time, contribute to building Nghia Dan to become a new rural district by 2025, gradually becoming the province's high-tech agricultural economic center.
