The average economic growth rate in the past 5 years reached 11.08%. The average income per capita in 2020 reached 41 million VND/person/year. In 2016, the commune reached the New Rural Area target and continuously improved and raised the criteria. Culture and society have improved a lot, the rate of cultural families reached 88.5%, an increase of 8.5% compared to the beginning of the term. The poverty rate decreased to 1.53%. The Party Committee and the Inspection Committee conducted 55 thematic inspections, admitted 24 party members, and 244 party members were awarded various party badges.

At the Congress, 100% of the delegates voted in favor of passing the Congress Resolution with 23 targets, including: Average annual economic growth rate of 10-11%, average income per capita in 2025 reaching 65-67 million VND/person/year, creating jobs for 2,700 workers, the poverty rate at the end of the term reduced to 0.5%, 90% of Party cells successfully completed their tasks...
