Minh Chau Commune Party Committee (Dien Chau) congress for the term 2020 - 2025

Minh Chau Commune Party Committee was established in January 2020, formerly the Party Committees of 3 communes Dien Binh, Dien Minh and Dien Thang. This is the first congress after the merger.

Immediately after the merger, the Minh Chau Commune Party Committee made great efforts in leading and directing the implementation of resolutions, projects, plans, leadership documents, and synchronous direction in all fields.

Total social income at the end of the term reached over 458 billion VND, an increase of over 121 billion VND compared to the beginning of the term, the average economic growth rate in 5 years reached 8.12%. The proportion of economic sectors gradually shifted in the right direction, the average income per capita in 2019 reached over 36 million VND.

Culture and society have improved a lot, 100% of blocks, hamlets, agencies, units, schools and 86.8% of families have achieved cultural titles. The poverty rate has decreased to 0.96%. During the last term, the Party Committee and the Inspection Committee have inspected and supervised 107 meetings, the entire Party Committee has admitted 51 new Party members, and awarded Party badges to 499 comrades. Every year, the rate of Party members completing their tasks well or better is 88% and 100% of Party cells complete their tasks or better.

At the congress, 100% of the delegates voted to approve the Congress Resolution for the 2020 - 2025 term with 29 targets, such as: Total social income by 2025 reaching 670 billion VND; annual economic growth from 9 - 10%; average income per capita in 2025 reaching 53 million VND/year; Striving to build Minh Chau commune into a new rural commune; The rate of cultural families from 85 - 90%, the rate of poor households at the end of the term reduced to less than 1%; Each year, 8 - 10 new party members are admitted; The Party Committee achieves the title of Strong Party Committee, 80% of Party cells successfully complete their tasks...
