HĐND huyện Thanh Chương thông qua Đề án đề nghị công nhận thị trấn Thanh Chương mở rộng đạt đô thị loại V

Thanh Chuong District People's Council approved the Project to propose recognizing the expanded Thanh Chuong town as a type V urban area.
