By June 30, site clearance for 421 households in Area B Quang Trung was completed.
(Baonghean.vn) - According to Mr. Le Sy Chien - Vice Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee, currently the city and Quang Trung Ward People's Committee are paying compensation for site clearance of Area B Quang Trung to serve the project of upgrading Area B Quang Trung invested by Vingroup.
Ms. Ngo Thi Minh Phuong's family, room number 344, B2 Quang Trung area, said: I have lived in B2 Quang Trung area since 1976, but over time the building has deteriorated, so the people are very insecure. When we heard about the plan to build a new apartment building, the people were very excited and all agreed to move. In the meeting with the people in early May 2019, the investor promised to complete the building within 2 years, so we believe and hope to have a new apartment soon after the temporary residence period.

As for Ms. Thai Thi Hong, residing in a 5th floor apartment, building B5, she received compensation of more than 900 million VND for her apartment. She happily said, "The investor compensated her appropriately, so I feel secure in moving and buying a small house to live in when I'm old."
The total number of households affected by compensation for the Quang Trung Area B renovation project is 421 households, of which 120 households receive money, the rest receive apartments. Households receiving money will receive the corresponding amount depending on the area, the compensation price paid by the investor is 15 million VND/m2. Average is about 750 million VND/apartment. If you receive a new apartment, the old area will be multiplied by 1.3.

Up to now, households in Area B have satisfied the compensation and support policy of the investor and nearly 100% of households have agreed to the compensation policy for site clearance.
It is expected that by June 30, the investor will demolish the houses in Area B to implement the project. The households relocated during the temporary residence period will be supported with 4-5 million VND/month (depending on the number of people).

It is known that by June 2, Quang Trung ward had completed compensation payments for houses B1 and B2.
The representative of the investor, Vingroup Joint Stock Company, said that the capital allocation for phase 1 is about 2,000 billion VND for the project. Carry out site clearance, support temporary housing for 100% of households in Quang Trung B area and demolish the buildings before July 2019.
The investor commits to ensure full financial capacity to implement the project until completion according to plan.
For households living in buildings along Quang Trung Street (building B3):The investor agrees to support an additional 20% of the house purchase value according to Decree 61/CP for each household. This amount will be paid by the investor in the compensation file, the expanded architectural works or deducted from the purchase price of the additional area of the apartment.
