Upon inspection, there were many personal documents, cash and some jewelry (estimated at nearly 80 million VND). Immediately after that, the working group sealed the property and conducted verification to identify the owner of the wallet.
Conducting verification, the working group quickly identified the owner of the wallet as Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga (born in 1996), from Block 9, Do Luong town, Nghe An. According to Ms. Nga, on the evening of February 15, 2021, she went to burn incense at the Quang Trung Emperor Temple, and on the way, she dropped the wallet above. She carried the money in the wallet with her, and the gold jewelry was sent by her sister from Bac Ninh, and she had not had time to keep it when it was dropped. She was very happy because for her, the amount of property was too large, fortunately, the comrades in the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police picked it up, otherwise she would not know what to do in the near future.
