On September 17, 2024, the Ministry of Health issued Decision 2733/QD-BYT in 2024 on guidelines for piloting the implementation of Electronic Health Books for integration on the VNeID application. In particular, how to use the VneID Electronic Health Book when going to see a doctor or receiving treatment is guided in Article 6, Decision 2733/QD-BYT. On November 14, 2024, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Plan No. 871/KH-UBND on piloting the implementation of Electronic Health Books integrated on the VneID application in Nghe An province.
