Two brothers tragically drowned while swimming in the river
(Baonghean.vn) - While bathing in Lam River, both of them unfortunately slipped into deep water in Luu Son Commune (Do Luong).
According to information from the authorities of Luu Son commune, Do Luong district, a tragic drowning incident has just occurred in the commune.
Previously, in the early afternoon of May 22, 2023, BHN (born in 2007) and BHĐ. (born in 2009), residing in Luu Tieu hamlet, Luu Son commune, while cutting grass, due to the hot weather, the two brothers jumped into Lam river (section passing through Luu Son commune) to cool off. While bathing, both of them unfortunately slipped into deep water and drowned.

Upon receiving the news, local authorities and functional forces, along with the family, organized a search. The body of BHĐ. was found at 0:27 this morning (May 23).
As of 4:25 p.m. this afternoon, BHN's body was found 1.5 km downstream from the accident site.
After the incident, the local authorities directly visited and encouraged the family. At the same time, they called on organizations, unions, and local people to support the family of the two children.
It is known that the family circumstances of the 2 children are extremely difficult, the father alone works to raise the 2 children to study./.
