Dien Chau fined 9 service businesses for violating quarantine orders

(Baonghean.vn) - Today (April 15), the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Chau district issued a decision to administratively fine 9 service businesses in the area, each case 7.5 million VND for the act of "Failure to comply with the suspension of business activities for non-essential service businesses to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic".

Specifically, the business establishments in Dien Ngoc commune include: Mr. Ng.Th.H (born in 1968, residing in Dien Ngoc commune, interior design business), Mr. Ng.V.D (born in 1986, residing in Truong Tien hamlet, Dien Ngoc commune, mobile phone business).

Business establishments in Dien Truong commune, including Mr. CQTr (born in 1964, residing in hamlet 2, Dien Truong commune, running a motel), Mr. H.Th.C (born in 1982, residing in hamlet 4, Dien Truong commune, running a bicycle business of all kinds).

Business establishments in Dien Dong commune, including: Ms. D.Th.H (born in 1989, residing in hamlet 6, Dien Nguyen commune, trading in gold and silver), Mr. Ng.Ng.Ch (born in 1974, residing in hamlet 3, Dien Dong commune, trading in hair cutting services).

Business establishments in Dien Yen commune, including: Mr. Ph.HL (born in 1990, residing in Do Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, hair cutting service business).

Business establishment in Dien Xuan commune, Mr. Ph.Th.Ph (born in 1995, residing in hamlet 5, Dien Hanh commune, selling mobile phones).

Business establishment in Dien Chau town, Mr. Ng.Tr.S (born in 1972, residing in block 4, Dien Chau town, mobile phone business).

Thus, the total fine for 9 cases is 67,500,000 VND.

According to the representative of the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Dien Chau district, along with propaganda and reminders, we will strictly and thoroughly handle cases of intentional non-compliance and violation of Directive 16 of the Prime Minister.

The above fine is based on the provisions of Point c, Clause 4, Article 11 of Decree No. 176/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 of the Prime Minister "Failure to implement the Decision to apply measures to temporarily suspend business and service activities in public places to prevent and fight the epidemic" with a fine of 5 - 10 million VND./.
