At the working session, comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission acknowledged and highly appreciated the outstanding results in the advisory work and implementation of the tasks of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission in the past time, especially the Party Committee's attention to directing the Mass Mobilization work, promptly advising.Issue and implement Resolution No. 03-NQ/Thu, dated March 9, 2021 of the Town Party Committee on "Strengthening the Party's leadership in mass mobilization work to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation" with many outstanding results; advise the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to issue Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU dated July 2, 2021 of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on building and developing Thai Hoa town into a central urban area of the Northwest region of Nghe An and the Provincial People's Council to issue Resolution No. 13/2021/NQ-HDND, dated October 18, 2021 stipulating a number of specific mechanisms and policies to support the town's development in the period 2022-2025.
The City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee is responsible, united, exemplary, dedicated, highly responsible, creative, and flexible in organizing and performing tasks; the mass mobilization work of state agencies has many innovations: reforming administrative procedures, performing well the work of receiving people, thoroughly resolving citizens' complaints and denunciations; implementing well the "Smart Mass Mobilization" models, such as the model“Skillful mass mobilization in community reintegration work”;Model "Joining hands to protect green areas"; Model "Tan Cat parish is peaceful, free of crime and social evils"...; Ethnic and religious work in the area has been given attention and direction by Party committees and authorities at all levels. Ethnic people and religious followers in the area have well implemented the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws...
Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam hopes that Thai Hoa Town Party Committee will continue to pay attention to and promote the achieved results, replicate and improve the skillful mass mobilization models at the grassroots level, promote good and creative ways to create consensus among the people, contribute to the development of Thai Hoa town to become a central urban area of the Northwest region of Nghe An, strive to build Thai Hoa town into a type III urban area by 2025, a city directly under the province before 2030.
