Xop Kha is an inner village of the commune, 6 km from the commune center. The whole village has 85 households with 402 people, of which 64 are poor households, accounting for 75.3%, and 13 are near-poor households, accounting for 15.3%. The people here are mainly the Kho Mu ethnic group with 10 clans living together, united and closely attached to each other.

Under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the government, the guidance of the Front, the superior organizations, the direct direction of the Party Cell, the Front Working Committee coordinates with the Management Board, the organizations to propagate and mobilize the people to always unite and effectively carry out the economic development movements and build cultural life in residential areas.

In 2022, through the implementation of the Party Committee's Resolution and the plans of the People's Council, the People's Committee and the Party Cell on socio-economic development, the Front Working Committee has concretized them into targets and contents suitable to the situation to sign commitments and propagate and mobilize people to implement. Proactively develop economic models, apply scientific and technical advances to production, invest in intensive farming to increase crop and livestock productivity.

The whole Xop Kha village has 8.5 hectares of rice land; 3 hectares of upland land; corn: 0.8 hectares;sFood: 0.8 ha; various crops: 0.9 ha. In addition to rice cultivation and slash-and-burn cultivation, people promote hygienic livestock and poultry farming, which are vaccinated against diseases according to regulations.

Responding to the new rural construction program, Xop Kha people contributed more than 1,000 working days, built 1.4 km/1.8 km of village and inter-village roads; built 01 connecting bridge in the village, with a length of 15 m to ensure convenient travel for people.

The cadres and people of Xop Kha practice a civilized cultural lifestyle in weddings and funerals; Cultural and artistic movements, physical education and sports are always organized enthusiastically in residential areas, traditional folk games are maintained and organized on holidays and Lunar New Year such as bamboo jumping, tom, throwing con, tug of war, volleyball, etc. with practical meaning, leaving many good impressions on the cadres and people. 85% of households in Xop Kha village have achieved the title of Cultural Family.

The children's education in the village has made much progress, overcoming difficulties and striving to excel. People's health care is given attention, all children of the right age are fully vaccinated, and there have been no outbreaks of disease during the year.

Environmental protection and public health protection are regularly focused on, 100% of households use clean water, 70% of households have household garbage pits.,95% of households have standard toilets; all people actively participate in forest protection and do not illegally exploit forest products.

In the past year, despite many difficulties, with the spirit of solidarity of the cadres and people of Xop Kha village, they have promoted the spirit of solidarity, strived to effectively implement the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas"; People's lives have been gradually improved and raised, the appearance of the countryside has gradually improved, the political security and order situation has been stable, organizations in the political system in residential areas have been consolidated and put into operation in an orderly and effective manner.

Sharing joy with the cadres and people of Xop Kha village, comrade Hoang Minh Hieu - Standing member of the National Assembly's Law Committee happily announced the successes of the 4th session of the 15th National Assembly.

After 21 working days, the 4th session of the 15th National Assembly has completed all the contents of the proposed program. At the session, the National Assembly reviewed and approved 6 draft laws and 14 important resolutions. The National Assembly gave opinions on the acceptance and revision of 01 draft law, gave initial opinions on 07 other draft laws; conducted thematic supervision, questioned and answered questions; considered and decided on socio-economic issues, state budget, personnel; considered reports and recommendations of voters, judicial work, crime prevention and law violations, enforcement of judgments, corruption prevention and control and a number of other important contents. The National Assembly also decided to increase the basic salary for cadres, civil servants and public employees to 1.8 million VND from July 1, 2023; increase pensions and social insurance benefits by 12.5%.

At this session, the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province seriously participated with a high sense of responsibility in the plenary sessions and group discussions, with 9 delegates speaking in the hall, 57 delegates speaking in groups to discuss the submission, draft laws, draft resolutions, reports on socio-economic issues; security - defense; State budget and important issues under the authority of the National Assembly.

Expressing joy and excitement at the results achieved by the cadres and people in the village with solidarity and efforts, the Standing Member of the National Assembly's Law Committee emphasized: It is thanks to the solidarity, spirit of overcoming difficulties, unity of effort, and support of the people that our residential area in particular and our country in general have achieved the above remarkable results.
