Nghe An Newspaper Youth Union and Nam Can Border Guard Station give gifts to citizens returning from the Southern provinces.
(Baonghean.vn) - The gifts are also the responsibility and affection of philanthropists for citizens returning from far away from home in the spirit of "Mutual love and support".
On the morning of October 16, a volunteer group including representatives of the Nghe An Newspaper Youth Union in coordination with Nam Can Border Guard Station, the Compassionate Journey group, JP International Joint Stock Company and other benefactors gave gifts to citizens returning from the southern provinces, who are being quarantined at the centralized quarantine areas of Ta Ca commune and Nam Can commune (Ky Son).

The volunteer group presented 40 gifts, each consisting of rice, milk, dried fish, instant noodles, fish sauce, salt and other necessities to 38 huts and 2 posts of 2 concentrated quarantine areas for citizens returning from the southern provinces. The total value of the gifts was nearly 40 million VND.
Previously, due to the risk of Covid-19 infection from the wave of citizens returning home from the southern provinces, communes in Ky Son district deployed the construction of camps as centralized quarantine areas to prevent and control the epidemic.

To quarantine citizens returning from the southern provinces, Nam Can commune has built 26 bamboo huts on an empty land to serve as a centralized quarantine area. Each hut is designed with an area of about 8m2.2for 2 people or a small family, ensuring the criteria of both airy and private. Currently, the concentrated quarantine area of Nam Can commune is quarantining 60 citizens. It is expected that in the coming days, it will receive another 100 people who need to return home.

At the centralized quarantine area of Ta Ca commune, 32 citizens are being quarantined in 12 temporary huts. In the near future, the commune will welcome 39 citizens who want to return home from the southern provinces./.
