According to the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, what needs to be analyzed in depth is that the economic development has not been commensurate with its potential; the economic growth rate has not reached the target set by the Resolution; and the role and position as the economic, cultural and social center of the Northwest region of Nghe An has not been promoted.
