- Voter Tran Canh Tuan (Hung Loc commune, Vinh city) reported: Nghi Loc district People's Committee is slow in processing the land division application of Mr. Hoang Minh Hue and Ms. Vo Thi Que's family, residing in hamlet 19, Nghi Kieu commune, Nghi Loc district.

The contents reflected, recommended and proposed by voters and people through the direct telephone line were compiled by the meeting chair and promised that after the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council would have a document to forward the opinions and recommendations of voters to competent agencies for consideration, resolution and response to voters. The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council will also assign a unit to monitor and urge the resolution of departments, branches and localities, ensuring that voters' recommendations are seriously resolved.
