Supervising the implementation of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW in Hung Nguyen district

On the morning of November 14, the Supervisory Delegation of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee led by Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, worked with the Standing Committee of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee to supervise the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW, dated October 25, 2021 of the 13th Central Executive Committee on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; resolutely preventing, repelling and strictly handling cadres and Party members who have degraded in political ideology, morality and lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution", "self-transformation" and Plan No. 77-KH/TU, dated January 24, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on implementing the Conclusion of the 4th Conference of the 13th Central Executive Committee of the Party.

Reporting at the working session, after more than 1 year of implementing Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW of the Central Executive Committee, in general, the vast majority of cadres, party members and people in the district have a deeper awareness of the basic content, meaning, importance and necessity of promoting the building and rectification of the Party and the political system; resolutely preventing, repelling and strictly handling cadres and party members who have degraded in political ideology, ethics and lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation", considering this an important political task in Party building work, aiming to continuously improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and improve the quality of cadres and party members, contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong Party organization; effectively leading the implementation of policies, guidelines, directives and resolutions of the Party and higher-level Party committees.

Up to now, in general, the implementation of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW has been carried out in line with the Party's regulations on the exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members, especially leaders, and has become an important and regular task, with many creative and practical ways, increasingly going into substance and depth, creating positive changes in the entire political system and the whole society, contributing to the effective implementation of political tasks of Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units.

In addition to the achieved results, there are still some limitations: The organization of studying, thoroughly grasping, propagating and implementing Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW is not regular; The implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee is sometimes confusing and lacks creativity. The concretization of the plan to implement Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW; Plan No. 77-KH/TU in some localities and units is still slow compared to the direction requirements of superiors, not close to the functions and tasks of each field...

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong requested the Standing Committee of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee to focus on directing the continued dissemination and implementation of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee; Plan No. 77-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee; Regulation 109-QD/TW of the Secretariat; Regulation No. 37-QD/TW of the Central Committee; Strengthening inspection and supervision work and the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo (term XIII) and continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Along with that, continuing to innovate and improve the quality of political and ideological work; self-criticism and criticism; Resolutely fight against individualism, prevent, repel, and strictly handle cadres and party members who have degraded political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the organization..., contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development targets and plans, and building an increasingly clean and strong Party and political system in the locality.
