Attending the Congress, on behalf of the Vietnam Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Traditional Association, there were Major General Hoang Anh Tuan - Permanent Vice President of the Association; Major General Luong Sy Nhung - Vice President of the Association.

On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and departments, branches, sectors, unions, provincial-level units and 250 delegates who are outstanding cadres and members in the whole province.

Over the years, the Truong Son Traditional Association -Ho Chi Minh RoadNghe An province has achieved many results in the process of building the Association's organization, which has been highly appreciated by the Party Committee, government and members. The total number of members is currently 27,150, all members are aware of preserving and promoting traditions, exemplary in implementing policies and supporting comrades and teammates.

In particular, the Association has done a good job of helping each other develop the economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, and build many effective economic models. Typical examples are the livestock club model of members Truong Son, Quynh Hoa commune (Quynh Luu); the comprehensive farm model of members Truong Van Bien in Dong Thanh commune (Yen Thanh), Ha Thi Thuyet in Nghia Loc commune (Nghia Dan), Ngo Van Phuc in Dien Kim commune (Dien Chau)...

Regarding the direction of activities for the 2022-2027 term, the congress agreed on the motto: "Gathering - solidarity - tradition - affection - solid organization - effective operation". From there, it determined that the Association's activities were associated with the local political tasks, continued to strengthen the Association's organization, promoted the patriotic emulation movement, preserved and promoted traditions, and strived to build a strong and comprehensive Association.

The Congress unanimously elected 32 members to the Executive Committee for the 2022-2027 term and elected Mr. Tran Van Tuan to continue holding the position of Chairman of the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Traditional Association of Nghe An province.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the results of the Traditional Association's activities.Truong Son– Ho Chi Minh Trail in recent years. The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also expressed his gratitude to the generation of “Splitting Truong Son to save the country” and contributing to the construction and development of the socio-economy in the current period.

At the same time, we hope that members will always uphold tradition, continue to work and be creative, and contribute to the cause of innovation and integration of the homeland and country. Pay attention to economic development, help each other to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty; pay attention to policy work and comradeship, worthy of the tradition of the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Traditional Association.

On this occasion,Prime Ministerawarded a Certificate of Merit to 1 individual; the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Traditional Association of Vietnam awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag to the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Traditional Association of Nghe An province and awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 collectives and 15 individuals; the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives and 2 individuals; the Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 collectives and 5 individuals.
