More than 600 athletes participate in Phu Dong Nghe An Sports Festival, cluster 2
(Baonghean.vn) - During 3 days (January 23-25), more than 600 athletes from Que Phong, Quy Hop, Quy Chau, Nghia Dan districts, Thai Hoa town will compete in badminton, table tennis, shuttlecock, and chess.

The 18th Nghe An Province Phu Dong Sports Festival, Cluster 2, took place on the morning of January 23 at Nghia Dan Town Stadium. It is not only a physical education and fitness activity but also a festival to demonstrate strength, intelligence and talent, and a playground for students to compete, build a united and cohesive collective.

This is also an opportunity to continue to maintain and promote the Campaign "All people practice physical exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho"; thereby promoting the movement of practicing and competing in sports in schools to improve health, develop physical fitness, and contribute to comprehensive education for students.
The Sports Festival is also an opportunity for districts to have an objective basis to select teams to participate in the 18th Nghe An Province Phu Dong Sports Festival in 2018.
